  Delicious food, we all emptied our plates. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Bella for her friendly and efficient service. Music was a tad loud for us oldies but we managed and really enjoyed ourselves. We will be visiting again

  We took the family for dinner and the General Manager was exceptionally helpful . We have a child with serious allergies and are was so accommodating when at times others have put the hands up and said they can’t help. Virga found out the information we needed about the ingredients and went above and beyond in delivering this information to ensure we were happy. The best news is that the food at Wagamamas is some of the cleanest and fresh with little to no e numbers that we have found in the high street . I would highly recommend that you choose Wagamama to eat with your family!! Also thank you to our server Libby who was polite and efficient.

  Virga and Fabien - there's customer service, and then there's the experience you gave us! Fabien, you were so warm and welcoming, and Virga, you went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. The food is brilliant, but we'll now be going out of our way to visit this branch for the customer service!

  Amazing delicious food! It is our regular spot to visit and to get takeout. The takeout is so well packed and food quality is top notch! We love eating at the restaurant too. Lots of vegan dishes and fresh juices…firecracker tofu, corn ribs and bao buns are out absolute favourites!

  A staff member named Veshal, who works at wagamama Bracknell, appears to have a personal issue with me. When I visited the restaurant to collect my order, he acted unprofessionally and seemed to take out this personal grievance on me. He spoke to me using inappropriate and disrespectful language and also threatened me, saying that I should not return to Wagamama in the future. This behaviour was unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue. I hope management addresses this issue.
