  Ordered via app, the order took 3h I tried to cancel it and it didn’t work. then it showed on the app as ordered delivered but I haven’t received anything. Tried to call 10 times and no one picked up, customer service is just ai and u don’t even have the option to talk to a real person or type or your own text, just options to choose from.

  Food took over 2 hours to come when I did the food was stone cold every time I tried to contact the store they did not answer Would not order from here even the delivery driver apologized and said to make a complaint about them not worth your money

  Food ordered via their website, took 1hr to arrive, even though I'm 4mins away, the tracker app said the pizza was pulled out the oven 30mins before delivery which is why the whole order was cold and disgusting, don't order from these again, horrible.

  We ordered £40 worth of pizzas (3 mediums), however they delivered the wrong ones, (2 smalls). The delivery guy from uber was confused and had already marked the order as delivered too soon, meaning that nothing could be done about it. When we called them to complain and demand a refund, they just wouldn’t pick up. Rubbish service, so never ordering from here again.
