  don’t order online they click they are ready to get the good numbers but reality is that they are slow and don’t actually give you what you ask for

  From time to time going there for last 13 years, it does not matter if order is done on site or delivered to my home, always something is wrong or missing, I thought to myself that they hire incompetent people but this cannot be for so long. I believe that this is their business model, not to give something or give some random replacement so it will not go to waste. This location is the worst.

  Placed an order bags were sealed wen delivered only to find wen i opened my burger someone had taken a huge bite out of it i tried to ring them several times no answer sent an email no reply i can understand if it was missing items or wrong items in bag that has happened before but its disgusting to find a bite taken out of a burger now thats gone to far

  Following my recent visit to McDonald’s, I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. The drive-thru ordering process was smooth and efficient, and the staff handling the order did an excellent job. However, upon reaching the collection window, I noticed that the area where customers are served was visibly unclean. There were spider webs, accumulated dust, and the windows appeared poorly maintained. This also resulted in an unpleasant odor, which affected the overall experience. While I cannot comment on the cleanliness inside the store, the condition of the external service area does not inspire confidence in the hygiene standards being maintained. First impressions matter, especially in the food industry, where cleanliness is directly linked to customer trust. I would strongly recommend reinforcing cleaning protocols and ensuring that front-facing areas—particularly drive-thru windows—are kept spotless at all times. In regions such as Dubai, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, cleanliness standards are consistently high, with even minor details like windows being maintained to a pristine level. This creates a sense of trust, safety, and comfort for customers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the overall customer experience.
