I watched a member of staff wipe some tomatoe ketchup off the floor in front of the bins and he went on to wipe a table with the same cloth ! Absolutely disgusting and what level of brain cells do you need to be lacking to actually not know this is wrong? Or does the chap hate customers so much and think its funny? Tried to report it but the queue downstairs was ridiculous and I had to be somewhere. Bear this in mind next time you slap a burger on the table.
