    I placed an order worth £49 on April 1st at 4:30 PM from Burger King Castle Court Belfast via Just Eat, and my order never arrived. Order number 824991480 It was marked as delivered, which is completely unacceptable as no delivery was made. I contacted Just Eat, but they refused to help because I didn’t report it within 7 minutes — which is an unreasonable policy when the food was never delivered in the first place. My children were waiting all evening for their food, and the entire experience ruined our night. This situation is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expect better service and accountability. This needs to be properly investigated.

    Service not great, wrong orders twice, when we eventually got it down to our table it was barely warm and soggy. Kids loved it though.
