  Arrived at 9:50pm on Monday after checking into the hotel. Website said they closed at 11. Grumpy staff member told us they wouldn't serve anyone else tonight and locked the door.

  This is opposite the Premier Inn on the estate and it is the venue included in the meal deal option with a stay at the hotel. The food isn't great but not it's not bad, it's what you'd expect from a chain pub linked to a Premier Inn. Some meals were better than others, the burger was okay, the lamb koftas were better but with an accompaniment of salad bits, each dessert was really good though. Breakfast is basic but you can get what you want if you're looking to have breakfast. Some fruit, pastries, cooked options etc. I visited each night of a total of 5 night stays throughout April and the alsolute highlight of this place is the service. It's not a great place to go to but there is a fantastic younger team in there each evening and they're welcoming, friendly, informative, an absolute credit to the
