  We went to Wagamama’s today and the experience was horrible. It started off well; our waitress was attentive and we were able to order quickly. It went downhill from there. After 20 minutes my husband’s main arrived and my daughter and I were left waiting for about 15/20 minutes for duck gyozas (which were overcooked and not particularly appetising, but at this point we were starving). It was another 25-30 minutes before my boa buns came (which were the nicest thing I ate during that meal) and then about 5 minutes later my ramen came. About 7-10 minutes later my daughter’s arrived too. They were bland, tasting like under seasoned water. We ended up returning them because we weren’t willing to pay for such poor quality. Our drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive too, and I was disappointed that my lychee blush sangria tasted bland and not particularly enjoyable (I didn’t finish it because it was that unappetising). The staff were good about the ramen and removed them from our bill. After that visit I won’t be going back and I won’t be recommending them to friends.

  i got a lovely experience at wagamamas after not being for so long, and i forgot how lovely it is My server alexandra was so sweet and helpful I definitely recommend!

  Food mediocre. Nothing stood out. Quick service with first order, second order took ages. Staff pleasant enough.

  Came up to see friends and thought we'd go with what we know at waggers. Had Robert serve us and it was the best experience I've had at a waggers. Definitely would recommend, big up my man Robert for making the trip!

  I had the chicken Riasukaree. When it arrived I laughed and asked if it was a chicken surprise - the surprise being there was almost no chicken. I was then told that the chef had informed the waitress that they weighed the 80g of chicken for every dish. Judge for yourselves with the photo. It was a shame as all the nibbly starters were lovely. The waitress did go and get me extra chicken so that was good, but being honest, it's not a dish I'd order again- way too watery sauce. All in all, a not very good experience and not up to wagamama standards
