  Firstly wanted to pay cash in cafe but machine error do told cafe cashier who came to machine, had to reenter order, same error, said i should try another order machine, which i did, same error, she said try another which did work but probably took 10 mins backwards & forwards just to do order. Tgen sat & waited 35 mins for our food, when I asked server how much longer got short reply of, how do I know! No salt satchets in condiments tray only loads of pepper. Only 1 set of cutlery & 1 napkin given with food for 2 people, so found some myself. Staff are undermanned, 1 cook, 1 server/plate clearer & 1 on till who also makes the drinks orders. On a busy Saturday morning,totally insufficient number of staff to cope, & the 2 I engaged with are really grumpy! Need to improve Tesco, machines should work properly & staff numbers should be increased to ease the stressed staff so they are giving customers have a more relaxed & decent experience.

  Staff treat me like family- better than family, almost like friends. This place has maybe everything i need. Anything they don't have i can hit amazon. Fruit and veg is sometimes bad, expires before its time, and with digital everything, its hard to prove you bought it when and where you did.

  The store is good enough, staff always helpful and the trollies don’t have you fumbling for a pound coin however, if there’s a prize for running out of fuel regularly this store has to get first place. It got that unreliable for diesel that the last time I changed my car I bought a petrol one. Now they rarely have any of that either. Fuel is generally 5’ish% more than in neighbouring towns like Milton Keynes, but I guess that’s only anecdotal when they so seldom have any.

  AVOID THIS TESCO STORE. I was significantly overcharged for an item I didn't have in my trolley. I went to the customer service desk to ask for a refund and a member of Tesco staff (Sara) told me that the store was now closed and she couldn't arrange the refund. She then became abusive to me and raised her voice. I spoke to the manager and asked to make a formal complaint. She agreed what happened was wrong and said the store manager would call me the next day. They didn't, so I called the Tesco customer care line. I explained what happened and they told me it would be passed on as feedback but there wouldn't be any further follow up with me because of “colleague confidentiality”. I asked about the Tesco formal complaint policy and apparently they don't have one. I will no longer be shopping at Tesco...

  I visited the cafe and they told me they had run out of cake and the table numbers were missing dirty tables all over the place rude surly staff were horrid the tables were full of dirty cups and plates a request to the waitress to clear it was met by a shrug of her shoulders and eye rolling not good
