  Disgusting attitudes from a few of the workers in there. Never anyone around to help on the self serve. When I approched someone to sort out a weight issue on the self serve, she shouted at me and said she already approved my drink, but that wasn't the issue. So I asked again and she shouted at me saying someone is coming. I told her she didn't need to be rude and she proceeded to argue with me, sayinf that I was being loud, but I only raised my voice to get her attention. That's not how you do customer service, that experience made me feel super uncomfortable...

  This is 3rd times i've bad experience in tesco brickhill express. They doesn’t care about any delivery driver and when someone collect whoosh they should check the number twice. This is 3rd time someone took my order, i talked to them they Didn't give me any proper answer. Waiting time was 25mins
