  If I could award the staff of the store 10 stars I would just for the kindness and respect they showed me yesterday after I had to bring my son in to A&E because he chipped his kneecap. I am a disabled woman and I'm also in and ankle brace for my own loss with gravity. I had a personal shopper on almost every aisle, they opened up a cashier belt for me when I arrived at the till - unloaded all my shopping and bagged it and when I paid there was a manager there to escort me to my car. He asked permission every step of the way and put all of my shopping into the both of my car. He then handed me my crutches and brought the scooter back in himself. They showed me kindness and respect at a time when I was so tired I was downright emotional! This is not the first time that they have helped me with my shopping. When I got home my neighbour thankfully helped me get the shop inside and after explaining why I couldn't do an online shop at such short notice, it became apparently clearer to him why I needed the help. I only asked one member of staff to help me find a bag of potatoes and after that every member of staff handed me over to another member of staff in the aisle I was going into. I cannot praise them enough for this help they gave this Mother on a Sunday at 3pm in a packed shop. I hope the management see this and remind their staff how much they helped by doing a little bit more than was expected meant the world to me. Thank you. Once I had everything in and put away I cried with emotion from the help I got because as a disabled person it is not always easy to ask for help as you have a lifetime of experience of dirty looks and pure resentment almost from staff in other retail establishments. Living with a disability is very hard and you made it so much easier yesterday and reminded me the kindness exists in a packed shop where nobody owed me their time but they gave it anyway. Also, the scooter that they provide for shoppers is such a massive help when you are not able to walk. I have a sunflower lanyard but not everybody knows that that means, Every member of your staff knew and I appreciate that and it's all and regardless of the fact that my ankle is in a brace and I was on crutches. I do not look visibly disabled normally but have never been questioned when I asked for one of these scooters in the past. For anybody that has never experienced a disability they are the difference between me being able to feed my family healthily or an expensive takeaway. Please keep doing exactly what you are doing, never change and keep training the Next generation of young workers exactly how you are because I cannot fault one bit of it.

  Quick an easy on way home and open late on a Sunday which is good but parking can be a nightmare sometimes. 7/10

  Good delivery completely wrong and no help at all and waited a week for my 60 pounds back

  Well organised shop but staff seems not friendly. Lady was just standing on tills , i stood there i said hi she never replied and just kept doing her things and never served so i had to go on self service. Even when i was leaving she gave that never bothered look .
