  Please hire more staff! It’s ridiculous that we had to wait 35 minutes to get our drinks and over 1 hour to get our food! The staff were running around bless them - this is NOT a good working environment and also it’s the worst service! Staff were supper friendly but shame on you Tesco. You should not treat members of staff like robots.

  Recently had a refurb, figured I'd give it a second chance after a thoroughly disappointing visit a year or so ago. Refurb looks nice, and I like that you can now order on touchscreen tills. They also have a takeaway pickup point. There was no wait time shown at the till or communicated by staff as I was standing at the pickup point. I decided to take a seat and waited over 15mins for a takeaway ultimate breakfast bap. When I got outside I realised the bacon was underdone and I was missing a sausage, on a dry roll. Disappointing!

  What a difference the upgrade some time ago as made, and the speed of service, and table service now first class I use it most weeks.

  Food was served on paper plates with half the breakfast order missing. The food soaked through the plates, which is why we were told we couldn’t have lasagne. Food was cold and horrid for £13.38. You expect a modicum of civility when eating at a cafe. I would not feed this food to a dog, but at least the dogs bowl would be practical over paper plates...
