  Literally the worst papajons I have ever experienced. Phoned up and asked a question. Person was confused and hung up on me I ignored this and proceeded to order off the papajons app. Oder was 51 pounds as bought a few things for me and my partner. Everything seemed normal until on the app is said cutting and checks for over an hour and was confused. Waited for awhile but then was concerned so I phoned them up again. They said it’s out for delivery and will take 20 minutes however we was 9 mins away from the store. This was before I even told him who I was. The worker already seemed to know my order even though he claimed it was busy. Another half an hour later no dilvery. At 1225 I phoned up again and the worker said it should have been delivered… I said no it has not and it still says out for delivery. I then asked where is my food because it seems to me it’s been sat around for over an hour and half. He said told me to stay on the line and it seemed like he was having a conversation with something. Witch o assume is the driver that has not even left yet even though I was told he left already. I ordered at 11pm and received my food at 12:45 and everything was stone cold. And there is no option to refund. Was the worst amount of money wasted on food I couldn’t even microwave because I’m staying in a hotel local to the papajons. Thank you for you customer service. Bedford papajons

  DO NOT ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS!!!!! I ordered a deal and had two items missing. One pizza and one side. Called papa johns and asked to bring it. The staff including the manager were extremely rude. Did not offer a refund, did not offer to bring missing items. They tried to make us go down to the restaurant when we had no access hence the delivery!! The manager was extremely rude. I would give it half a star if I could

  Used to be great but as of late maybe they have new owners but the topics are sparse and quality isn't the same as it used to be unfortunately. Dominos is far better now.
