  We were visiting our hometown from over seas after being away for decades. I remember many years ago BK took over Wimpy's Spicey Bean Burger so we thought we'd check out the vegetarian options. We chose the only option, the Vegan Royal. Very unimaginative, just a bun, lettuce and the patty, that's it! The decor was very tired and quite dull. The lady who served us was really good, very friendly and polite despite being busy. She looked really shocked when I went up tonthe counter to thank her before leaving!

  Came about 9pm, 2 hours before displayed closing time, doors unlocked and all lights on. Was rudely greeted by staff shouting CLOSED! From the counter. I'm disabled and needed to use the toilet urgently, which was already lacking in the early afternoon with no soap nor toilet roll available, thankfully I had tissue on hand. Unacceptable behaviour. Please teach these staff basic manners.

  All these stores that I'm going around in different parts of the world are now in disarray, I think it's a company that is facing a serious crisis. We must intervene before disaster strikes because it is a historic brand that cannot end like this
