  ⭐ 1 Star Today I ordered a Veggie Patty Delight half‑footlong meal. When I got home and opened it, all there was toasted bread, cucumber, cheese & garlic sauce — no veggie patty at all! I had to pay for an Uber back there just to sort it. I explained nicely what happened but the staff said “that’s what you ordered” — honestly who would order just bread, cucumber & cheese?! I could easily make that at home myself! I asked for my money back but they wouldn’t refund me, offered other things instead which I didn’t want — I was rushing off to work and felt completely fobbed‑off & like they couldn’t care less. Also I noticed they have children working at this Subway at the train station. Very poor service and unfair treatment — save your trip and go to Subway on Preston Road, Blackburn instead — they’re brilliant there!!

  I just visit 5 mint before. The service by girl is really amazing. Very calm and smily face. I really like her service.

  went in and the place was empty, could hear voices in the back but no one came out to serve

  Staff are absolutely amazing prepared my order fast and gave great customer service. Would definitely go back again

  Staff member was untrained, repeated everything twice. No salads that I requested, no salt and pepper, no napkins and roll was toasted to a crisp
