  Wasn't to busy in store I orderd 2 cheese burgers waited 15 minutes or more and the burgers one was cold and both had way to much mustard on early any ketchup

  First visit to the new one and first to a BK for a couple of years. Whopper was excellent. Best fast food fries. Grandkids happy as well. Good service. Clean. Will be back.

  My experience there today was awful, I ordered food and waited 40 minutes to be told that my food wouldnt be long as i had a booking at the cinema, after the first 20 minutes watching only just eat deliveries being dealt with, I enquired where was my food to be told it was being done next. A further 20 minutes go by 10 other just eat orders done, but now 15 other customers also waiting for their food, I went to the counter, no one wanted to to speak to any of us customers, the girl with the red hair told customers it was nothing to do with her and wouldnt speak to customer., finally the crew team leader comes over, we could see loads of orders of burgers being left and not sorted and not given to customers, so by now my food would be cold. I was extremely upset and very hungry and was told it would be done now but this had already been promised, I asked for a refund and left. This was meant to be fast food and there was nothing fast food about it. I probably could have gone for a sit down meal and been served quicker, poor service and awful customer service!!! Really disappointed in them as I won't be going there again!!!

  New to this location since the one at Townsmoor closed. Touch screen terminals worked well, ordered twice because i forgot to get an extra meal - told the staff this, and the lady there (badge name, Katy) was super kind in dealing with making sure that the food stayed warm, and that i got enough drink carriers and a single bag to carry it in. After i left the restaurant, i noticed another member of staff picking litter in the carpark, which shouldn't have astounded me with disbelief, but it really did - a rarity and a standard that should be upheld by every other establishment out there (granted that it should not be necessary, take your trash home, or bin it) The store was nice and clean, with a neat minimal layout. Will likely visit again in the near future.

  Dissapointed with this branch already, was initially happy because there was another Burger King being built that was not in Manchester but this has turned out to be not worth the drive. I have been wanting a milkshake from Burger king for a month and visited this branch a month ago and yesterday and both times the milkshakes are not available (assuming they are just never available), to make matters worse I am pescatarian and they had no vegan royale which is my go to at Burger King and I have never seen it "unavailable" before, so I opted for the Plant Based Whopper. This turned out to be a massive mistake, I have eaten meat/vegetarian burgers throughout my life and this was one of the worst burgers I have ever tasted I had 3 bites and binned it. There was noone at the branch and somehow all the tables were dirty. I will just go to Bury in future because this is a failed branch already. Also I forgot to add they had two sets of music being played which were overlapping each other, didnt annoy me but annoyed my girlfriend, and I can see why it would.
