  Went in to buy a chicken and veg for a roast, bought a free range chicken and went to self serve tills. Lady had to help with chicken as till didnt like it. Spent £32. Till advised couldn't print a receipt. As I left the till area the security beepers went off, the same lady came straight over and rifled through my bags asking for a receipt, I said to her that the till couldn't print one out, she took the chicken back through the beepers and it went off. She again said I should've got a receipt so I advised they should provide tills that do. She was very rude. I asked her her name as her name badge was turned around, "Mandy and I don't care if you report me" was her response. So, Mandy, if you don't like people/customers don't work in retail. My sister who was with me visiting from the states said " she was aggresive" and Yes she was.

  Visited this store 8th may 2026 at 18.54 I do not do self service and the queue on self service was long. Went to tills only one open then a man cashier called some one round opened his till so as we only had three items we went to his till he served the customer then said he was closed So we was then third in queue he then called the customer after us to go to his till I found his attitude extremely rude not sure if he knew these customers as I think and I may have misheard them call him Ted The lady who served us was very polite and a very nice lady

  After using this store daily i wont be back, the floor and checkout staff are great well done to you guys the supervisors and manager and security not so much does make sense why you have poor reviews....
