  Tesco Midsomer Norton.. nearly everytime you enter that store there is someone collecting for some charity or other! The food bank is the worst when you have to be insulted by the line of new PIP cars outside being paid for by hard working tax payers!! Then they have the nerv to ask you to donate at the till for some other ridiculous charity!! Ask the Tesco CEO’s!!!! Awful store!

  Stay away on an evening. Gangs of youths use the car park to race cars and motorbikes round and in general be loud and intimidating to shoppers. Every evening it seems now.

  What has happened to this store? This morning's home delivery cancelled again, 1hr 40 into the two hour slot. The options are to drive to store to collect or cancel the order. It's not just once or twice a year, this is now becoming a regular occurrence. Thanks for messing up my Saturday (again). On arrival at the store, we find a lengthy queue of cars, I'm assuming other customers who have also been put out. It takes almost 40 minutes to finally get the car loaded. Back door is poorly staffed with abandoned crates and trolleys in abundance. The delivery fleet appears to be parked up and charging (this is lunchtime on a Saturday, I'm guessing absolute peak of the delivery week?). The shopping has several items missing, some items have today's use by date and the majority has 1-2 day shelf life (all fairly typical at this point). It's a sorry state of affairs, department managers and upwards should be embarrassed. Who is taking responsibility for the shower of poop that is currently Tesco MSN? A final thank you to the workers, I don't want to tar you with the same brush. You're a decent bunch and I always look forward to seeing you but the absence or management (and managers) is quite apparent.

  On Friday I was doing my shopping as normal but unfortunately most of the fridges were down and I could t buy half of what I wanted luckily one of the staff [ helen] went out and got some butter for me tha k you very much for your help
