  Ridiculously cold in here, I felt so distracted from shivering I couldn’t actually focus on what I was trying to buy. I don’t know if the open fridges are too high but I’ve anlways found it to be a little too cold but this last time was bizzare. Unlikely to return unless it’s an emergency.

  It's rather cold and I found the music and advertising really loud. Staff are helpful and friendly

  Petrol receipts to get points shouldn't have an expiration. I have been getting my fuel from you and never get the chance to get my points as I come late in the evening. Staff are always nice though.

  Truly vile store and an awful shopping experience. The place is cluttered, dirty, badly stocked, and somehow still overpriced. Staff frequently stand around gossiping while customers are left waiting. Management is the real issue. Incompetent, bullying, and openly favouring their friends while hardworking staff are pushed out. I understand one particularly lazy and aggressive night manager has finally been moved on, which is at least some small progress. The food itself has gone downhill too. Products are increasingly bland — anything that actually made them taste good has clearly been stripped out — yet prices keep rising. It’s grubby stealth shrinkflation and perfectly sums up Tesco’s attitude to its customers. And as for self-scan: if you’re going to make customers do the work to cut staffing costs, inflate already obscene profits, and then shovel the money offshore to avoid paying tax, the least you can do is trust them. Having a “random” check every single time is insulting. Either trust customers to self-scan or don’t. This halfway approach is greedy, grubby, and dishonest. This store is Tesco in microcosm: cynical, customer-hostile, and trading long-term trust for short-term profit. Avoid.
