Start with the negative. Don’t expect to use your club card vouchers, even though Tesco makes out you can. Positives - all staff are so welcoming and warming. Gave us a great experience especially lexi as it was her first week ! Would 100% recommend. Good very good value for money !

We were greeted by Sabrina and shown to our table. Sabrina took our order promptly and left with a smile. She came back shortly with our order. The food was very good quality and piping hot. The deserts were also very nice. The whole experience was very pleasant and a big thankyou to Sabrina for being our waitress. This is the Bath restaurant.

Mixed feelings - the food was nice/ok (though I expected more depth of flavour in my Bolognese Classico for the full price menu cost of £17.95) - it was lovely to sit outside - there was a delay with our mains as apparently the kitchen was understaffed Overall, expensive for what it is. We used our Blue Light Card and I think there are other offers available if you sign up to their loyalty scheme. I wouldn’t pay full price.

⚠️ CAUTION: see comments at the end... 🕓 I visited Zizzi Bath on Thursday 10 September 2026 at lunchtime. I was with one other person. This was my first (and probably my last) visit. 🍽 The restaurant comprises of one fairly large sized main dining area with plenty of tables with full table service. The restaurant was bright and clean. 🤗 The team were welcoming, I had no issues and we got everything we expected in good time. 🍕 I enjoyed the Pepperoni Premio pizza for my main course. The food arrived hot, was well presented and tasted good. There was a good selection of food and I found something that appealed to me easily. 💷 The food was reasonable value for money, I paid around £25 for the pizza and one large Coke Zero. ⭐️ Here's where I have a couple of issues though... Firstly, I chose Zizzi because I wanted to use Clubcard vouchers - this restaurant doesn't accept them, which was frustrating. Secondly, when it came to pay, I was presented with a small payment device which was configured to essentially force you to tip by making it as complicated as possible not to, and then, through similar tactics, essentially force you to donate to their chosen charity. I don't have anything against tipping or donating to charity but these should be through choice and not bully-boy tactics. For these reasons I will be very unlikely to return and will likely steer clear of this chain in the future - no reflection on the staff but poor corporate decisions.
