  I ordered a Milkshake for 7,50 gbp , firstly the price is really high and the shake was really high in calories that i couldnt drink it in in one go. I gave this restaurant a 1 star review because i found hair on the bottom of my milkshake , it was disgusting and i will never eat there again. The only good thing was workers who were really helpfull.

  I have a Five Guys I love near my workplace in my hometown in the States but WOW, was this delicious at the Five Guys near Bath. We just wanted something quick and saw a familiar sign. I asked the woman why everything was so delicious and fresh and she explained. Her name is Naomi. She was so sweet. My boyfriend will not stop talking about how delicious his burger was. I was also so happy from the milkshake. I actually called today because I had lost my bundle of pounds, tickets, and receipts last week and wanted to retrace all my steps. The man who picked up was so kind in trying to figure things out and put Naomi on the phone. She said she would try to look. Even if it’s not found, I’m grateful for the closure and their kindness. The manager’s name is Joe and he wished us a welcome back for next year. We’ll most likely do the same trip again next year and will definitely go back. Told my hometown in the States they have a competitor in Bath hahah. Although my phone call today was to follow up on the lost bundle, I’m glad I could share my positive praises with Joe and Naomi. Thank you!!!
