- 111ns4ne1d10tAug 16, 20261.0Why have I given this a 1-Star? I came in here from the Coach Park to buy a light lunch. I have never been in this Coop before so I was completely unfamiliar with the layout. As I was browsing for my items I noticed a woman stacking items on shelves down at floor level wearing the usual Coop headset (About 50 with blonde hair scraped back in a plastic hair clamp). I turned around to see what items were behind me (As customers do when they shop). I was greeted with a very aggressive "Hello SIR you look very lost to me" like she was irritated with me being in the shop. I replied "No not really" and carried on shopping. If I was lost and wanted your help I would have asked you for help. I was browsing in an unfamiliar shop and working out the layout. Are customers who are not local to the area committing a crime if they are unfamiliar with the shop? The girl at the checkout was sweet I got a good service and a smile from her so thank you for that. Its a shame about your colleague filling the shelves. I think your colleague looks for arguements rather then tries to be helpful. Never mind well I hope this gets seen and the appropriate manners required for customer service are used correctly next time rather then aggression.
