  Edited- Got a delivery. 4th time giving it a go and the burger was made completely wrong. Asked for no lettuce, tomatoes, onions or pickles and I added extra cheese. Received a burger with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes, and no cheese at all. 1 star. Ridiculous waste of money. Been here 3 times and each time I've been the food has been made wrong. Each time I make the mistake of not checking before driving away/accepting the order (delivery). Nearly £30 of wasted food and each time we have tried to dispute this, we have been told it's been made correctly. For example, we said no pickles in the burger and there was. Another time we paid for extra cheese, we didn't get it. 2 stars as servers and delivery men are nice and the fries are good, but not good when the food has been made wrong 100% of the time.

  Overpriced. And service was a machine. No solid menú. Charges extra for full fat cola. Just a bit over price for a takeaway burger.

  Best Burger King in Ayrshire , always so fast and food is always fresh. Staff is very friendly (especially Marian) you feel like you’re getting treated like a person rather than an another order number. Thank you again !

  Staff are a polite bunch of people, always thee best service and never had any bad experiences, do love me a Burger King from Kilmarnock

  Marion at Burger King in Kilmarnock was a delight and gave us the upmost skilled customer service possible. Our experience was brilliant from start to finish.
