  The pizza wasn't backed perfectly Normally Domino's are good in other places They put so much extra topping and the sauce wasn't good like other Dominoes

  Dominos is a family favourite but they really need to work on the service, sick and tired of paying a lot of money and the food arrives incorrect, dips missing sides wrong, over cooked. You call the shop in emersons, they don't care, don't fix the mistake. If you contact customer services they just refund what you didn't get, not good enough!! Improve your service! We're paying over the odds for it, we should receive it!

  I placed an order through Uber Eats and had a very frustrating experience. The driver called to say he had arrived, but I couldn’t see him anywhere. I spent around 20 minutes looking outside and trying to contact him, but he didn’t answer when I called back. I then contacted the restaurant to check on my order. They told me it would be there in 15 minutes without even confirming my address. When I asked if they had the correct address, they didn’t seem sure. I called again and was told 5 minutes. When I called back once more, they said the order had been delivered, which it clearly hadn’t. I asked for either my food to be re-sent or a refund, but they refused. I also asked for the name of the person I was speaking to and was told they couldn’t provide it due to “company policy,” which didn’t seem right. Very disappointing service and a complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend ordering from here based on my experience.

  Pizza arrived and it looks like mince meat where the cheese is burnt. Phoned the store not sure who I spoke to but very rude not even a apology. The ladys attitude was very bad and rude .that store has gone down hill that should not even be acceptable to put a Pizza looking like that in the box ..I have a picture .but im very angry at the ladyd attitude .like they just don't care. I will be contacting.the appropriate authorities to inform them
