    Only half them menu available. No mando cups or even ketchup. Old lady behind the till trying her best to explain situation. Blaming it on bank holiday. That was a week ago.

    Went in to order, didn't do milkshakes, didn't do 15% discount from the app. Redeemed 600 points for a double whopper. Points taken but told it didn't go through and can't get my meal as it would be stealing and the app must be down. They spoken with manager who approved it. Was given a single whopper meal so lost 200 points. Not very impressed with it. She couldn't have care less and was a supervisor!

    Ordered 5 Vegan Royals through the Burger King app at this location but only received 3. When I asked about the missing items, I was told they were out of stock—which is understandable—but what isn’t acceptable is that no alternative or refund was offered. The supervisor on duty was unhelpful and refused to provide any solution, instead telling me to contact the app. The app then directs you back to the store, leaving the customer stuck with no resolution. Paid for 5 items, received 3, and no proper customer service to fix it. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend this branch unless they improve how they handle basic customer issues.
