  I rang tonight checking my order had went through on the just eat app got answered by such a cheeky ignorant girl.. put the phone down i rang back twice again and got put on hold straight away. I used a friends phone to ring and got answered by another girl, still hearing the same girl in the background being cheeky to someone else! I rang back to make sure i was getting bbq base as i had hit tomato on the app. (By accident as it was a meateor) Pizza was lovely but honestly the customer service tonight has put me right off! An extreme let down no customer service skills at all!

  Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and received one without cheese but also had to wait 25 minutes for it to be ready and when I was waiting the girl at the counter asked what am I standing about for , forgetting that I had ordered. The staff where also a Joke standing there talking on their phones and ignoring customers 2 young lads came in and had paid for their food and drink but the same girl refused to give them the drink and told them to go next door to spar Absolute shocking service will not be back

  Disgrace. Ordered for delivery driver couldn’t find address phoned me 20 times asking me to go outside I did and he couldn’t find so drove away. I had to drive to local shop myself, because no one pick up the phone for 20 minutes got order redone for me again without sorry, refund or any extras . Provide training for your staff drivers and manager how to deal with customers!
