Came in for a collection and stood waiting for five minutes while 4 workers were standing and joking with each other instead of I don’t know HELPING A CUSTOMER??? Absolutely shocking customer service and finally someone gave me my order but then it somehow gets worse, the nachos we ordered were burnt how in the name of god do you burn NACHOS?? One of the easiest things in the world to make and you BURN them and there was literally no cheese on it and also didn’t get a dip for our pizza’s, I would genuinely get those staff on some customer service training because if they worked for me I’d have them sacked if they were acting like that, absolutely shocking.

I rang tonight checking my order had went through on the just eat app got answered by such a cheeky ignorant girl.. put the phone down i rang back twice again and got put on hold straight away. I used a friends phone to ring and got answered by another girl, still hearing the same girl in the background being cheeky to someone else! I rang back to make sure i was getting bbq base as i had hit tomato on the app. (By accident as it was a meateor) Pizza was lovely but honestly the customer service tonight has put me right off! An extreme let down no customer service skills at all!
