- MHMichele Hardie4 days ago2.0We were in today and had a long wait for our food which was frustrating as the number board seemed to only show our number and that was saying it was ready and then disappeared long before the food was ready. During our long wait a lady approached the staff to say she had been given 4 nuggets instead of 4 cheese things and she showed her receipt. The young girl apologised and swiftly gave her the cheese things and they both were happy and polite. But the girl must have went and told her supervisor it did not go down well. The supervisor was heard to say she didn't pay for them and rushed through saying g where is she...and ran out like someone had just stolen a handbag...she very quickly and intimidatingly zig zagged to the poor woman eating her food and demanded she returned the 4 nuggets because she didn't pay for them...this customer was clearly mortified and quickly handed the 4 CHICKEN NUGGETS over like they were made of solid gold, nuggets they had mistakenly gave her and surely wouldn't resell! I think next time we will head to Arbroath. It's quicker and the atmosphere is a lot less intense. I hope that poor customer wasn't too upset after her encounter

I think this restaurant needs a total refurb and sounds like it needs cleaner or better hygiene practices in kitchen area.
