- VNVoid en NadaAug 15, 20263.0This McDonald’s has a mixed vibe. On arrival, it was noticeable that staff were chatting quite loudly in the back while customers were waiting to be served, which didn’t feel great when the queue was building up. The food itself was underwhelming at first – the burger and sides tasted quite bland and seemed to lack their usual flavour. That said, when I mentioned the issue, the team did make an effort to put it right. They replaced the items without hassle, and the new food had a much better, more flavourful taste, which was appreciated. Overall, the willingness to fix the problem was a positive, but the front-of-house focus and consistency in flavour could definitely be improved.
- PAPaul AdamsonJul 14, 20261.0Dont often give a 1 star but went in for food and was paying with cash so had to wait to be served. Two staff members gossiping in the "kitchen" that both asked if I had been served and told them no both went back to gossiping and laughing in the service area. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I hadn't had food.
