- PPPablo PattersonJun 1, 20261.0The food is normally good at McDonald’s, but today the burger I ordered was absolutely swimming in sauce I couldnet hold it without it slipping and sliding and sauce dripping from all angles, absolutely awfull experience, fix your sauce bottles or train your staff to know how to put sauce on a burger 🍔

Sat trapped in the drive-through queue for around 15 minutes after placing and paying for my order, only to finally reach the window and be told they had no meat left. How do you run out of the main thing your restaurant sells and still continue taking drive-through orders without warning customers beforehand? If you knew there was no beef available, people should have been told at the ordering point instead of wasting their time sitting in a queue they can’t leave. The staff member I spoke to was polite enough, but the overall organisation was terrible. Poor communication, wasted time, and a genuinely frustrating experience.
