- VNVoid en Nada2 days ago4.0The food at this McDonald’s generally tastes good as the burgers are flavourful, fries are usually hot, and the menu hits the spot when you want something familiar. However, my visits haven’t been perfect. On more than one occasion, items have been missing from my order, which is frustrating when you’re paying for a full meal and just want to eat and go. The restaurant is usually very busy, which explains some of the rush, but it can also make the atmosphere feel a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, I’ve also encountered some rude customers, which doesn’t help when you’re already waiting longer than expected. Staff do seem to be working hard under pressure, and when the order is complete, the quality is there. With better order checks and a calmer environment, this could easily be a top branch.
- ZGZoe guyan4 days ago3.0I pulled up here for food after dropping a friend off in Dundee. I was travelling back to Aberdeen, when my son ran in for our order. We were back on the road home to Aberdeen before we realised they had forgot my main meal in our order. We were too far away to turn back and it was getting late. So I ended up going hungry that night because it was 12am before I got home to north Aberdeenshire 🙃 won't use this macdonalds in a hurry next time I visit Dundee. Sorry

- CRChris RennieJul 30, 20263.0Couple of staff seemed to be giving me funny looks for some reason, but I never let that sort of thing bother me as I have gotten very used over the years to being mistaken for other people, being the subject of false hearsay, or people just finding me weird or misunderstanding my actions sometimes (I’m mildly* autistic and have health issues). *I use that descriptor purely for clueless NTs, as of course there is no such thing as ‘mild’ or ‘severe’ autism and it is more complex than that.
