  Low on service, they kept the food on the table and gone I had to wait and call again and again for tissues. Thrown a bunch of tissues on the table for me to grab. Young staffs mostly like to talk to each other or their friends sitting on the table.

  Got to be the worst McDonalds ever genuinely being serious saying this they always take for ever then get the orders wrong! Every time this happens,seriously needs new management and more staff clearly who has this franchise doesn’t care about customer service!

  Worst fast food place I have ever been.No idea how they find people like this to work here. Takes them 15 mins to assemble the simplest breakfast order that any other McDonald’s would have you in 5 minutes. When you finally get it the food isn’t even particularly hot so clearly they haven’t just made it…they are just useless.

  I placed my order at the drive-thru and was told to drive to the next window. Once there, I waited for around 15 minutes. During that time, a member of staff came to the window twice, looked in at me, and walked away without saying a word. Eventually, the manager came to the window and asked what I had ordered because they had no record of it. After sitting waiting all that time, it was incredibly frustrating to find out my order had apparently been lost. Mistakes happen, but leaving a customer waiting for 15 minutes with no communication before discovering there’s no record of the order is poor service. Hopefully they can improve their organisation and communication to stop this happening again.

  It had been a few years since we last had a McDonald's, so while on holiday we decided one evening to call in for double cheeseburgers and fries. There was one couple at a table in the 'restaurant' and only one person waiting. After managing to place my order it became apparent that he had been waiting for some time. I waited 30 minutes. In fact for a fast food outlet it was ironic. When the food finally arrived we took it to our nearby caravan site and eagerly opened the bag. What a disappointment. The fries and the burgers were so dry and there was no garnish, no relish, no gherkin, just dry burgers and cheese. Looked nothing like the picture and made me recall a movie called 'Falling Down'. It was disgusting and has made us decide never to buy a McDonald's again
