  Coeliac / Gluten Free Friendly... was in this new Subway on Sunday and not only was it the best Gluten Free Subway that I've had, the staff took extra care when preparing my order by cleaning the counter and oven etc. This is a level of care for me that I have not experienced in Subway before. I have had subways all over Scotland and England as I travel quite a bit and this is by far the best experience I have had and absolutely worthy of my time to provide a 5 star review. I was able to properly enjoy my food knowing there was pretty much zero chance of cross contamination. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and didnt make me feel like an inconvenience - I will be visiting this Subway more often. thank you. :)

  Lovely little shop. Always very busy but it it clear the staff are doing their best to keep up and keep everyone happy. Was served by a boy Tom and he gave me about half a cow on my Philly steak. Definitely a great experience and have and will be back

  Everyone is moaning about the staff having fun. Its nice to see them enjoying their job. Its always really busy and the staff are really nice. Id rather walk in a place where staff are dancing and singing than walk in to one we dont feel welcome.

  New store, staff still learning. Haven’t had a bad experience yet, staff are all friendly and attentive. Only so fast they can do a sandwich if everyone’s wanting toasted. Good wee store for the size.

  This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Subway. The food preparation area was messy, and there were flies around the bread, which was really unhygienic. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers, despite there being a queue almost out the door. To make matters worse, I was accidentally charged 4 times the normal price, meaning I ended up paying around £20 for a single 6” sub. The most frustrating part is that I wasn’t given a receipt, making it much harder to sort out a refund. Overall, the service was poor, the hygiene standards were disappointing, and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. I won’t be returning unless significant improvements are made.
