  Actually couldn’t believe that the cafe had no food yesterday and today. Apparently they have no staff. Three on today and couldn’t make a pot of tea. Staff said it was bad management and people leaving. Girls that were on today are always lovely but not a good look when people are being turned away. Used to be such a great cafe. I hope management can be replaced and get it back up to the way it was before. This is not a criticism of the staff but it is about the management.

  Friendly and helpful staff, great selection of groceries and fruit and veg are fresh. Great customer service too. Thank you!

  Very disappointing experience. I was waiting in the checkout queue when another customer cut in front of me. Staff saw what happened but ignored it and continued chatting instead of helping. Poor customer service and poor queue management.

  This Tesco Superstore is ordinary, much like your existing stores, except that this isn't a store that is appearing to be renovated like your other stores (Such as Springhill in Bangor or Carrickfergus). This superstore has connections to the local bus network as I've seen numerous times a Translink Metro Bus parked outside the front. Overall I can say that this superstore is a good superstore, but I would see the store renovated so it fits with the wider area (as it is located directly next to the Abbeycentre Retail Development)

  Prices have gone through the roof. They've really cut back on their opening hours leading to the isles constantly being blocked by cages and staff restocking. Despite that there's always a few things you're there for that are out of stock. Generally the staff are ok, but there is one older woman called Roberta who seems to be in charge of the self service tills who is incredibly rude and obnoxious to both customers and other staff. She appears to think she can talk to you any way she pleases so long as she also calls you sir or madam. She acts like she owns the store. The woman needs some basic lessons in manners and customer service.
