  As a eat-in customer, I expected better food presentation... The big mac was all over the place! The gherkin wasn't even in the burger but in the box! Perhaps it went down the slide before putting on a tray at GREAT speed??? And the chips featuring hot and warm is also not appreciated for the prices charged. I frequent this place with my disabled son who LOVES McD's, whenever we visit Strike Yard bowling, usually as drive-through. And the one time we decide to eat in, we're met with such dissapointment of substandard food levels. On the plus side, the staff are excellent! Friendly service and efficient. The music level was spot on too. Generally a good atmosphere, with cleaning staff constantly on the go!

  The past two visits to this McDonald’s have been disappointing. Tonight’s episode was the wrong order given at the drive thru (we have learned to check whilst in the queue otherwise you are sent to a bay for 30-40mins to wait on a replacement order) Ordered large fries (see photo) and these must have been the bottom of the frier because they were so hard and cold. The previous visit we had kids in the car and both of their orders were wrong and it took 40minutes for a replacement order to come out because we moved to a bay. It’s too expensive now for these kind of errors and management should have a look at what’s going on for late night ordering. Hopefully this helps others avoid this McDonald’s it’s not worth the visit. 😬

  Food was banging hot (maybe because I was 1st customer) have say I fell asleep after my food and I must been sleeping over an hour! And they let me be (I think) then came over and asked was I okay lol..... Yes mate just hung over and haven't slept at all 😂 (obviously didn't say that but if your reading that the reason mate 👍😂 sorry if I scared yahs I needed that power nap no joke

  Terrible ordered kids cheeseburger got a cheese with ketchup in a 6 piece nuggets box. Missing 2 nuggets. Terrible staff couldn’t care and Dont know what they are doing.

  Where to start! This restaurant is terrible between being out off ice drinks desserts and other items. I ordered a delivery the double burger came with one and a half patty and the taste of the food was terrible. Not be using here again I'd rather drive to the Abbey centre or a different restaurant altogether.
