- NNNerdyGamer3 days ago1.0Really disappointing experience. We ordered a Cheese & Bacon Big Mac, and it arrived without the cheese or bacon. We had to go back and explain the mistake, and the staff member didn’t even apologise or acknowledge what had happened. The staff were extremely unhelpful and showed very little professionalism or customer service. It felt like they couldn’t care less about getting the order wrong. This also wasn’t the first time we’ve had issues here. Overall, very poor service and a really disappointing experience. The staff need to take more responsibility when they make mistakes.
