  I asked for a decaf coffee; the woman who served me said they didn't have decaf. She suggested a bottle of water. No thank you. I proceeded to go to the toilets to wash my hands. They refused to let me access the toilets as "they are for customers". I pointed out that I was a customer, only they couldn't supply the decaf coffee I asked for. What a rubbish unhelpful "computer says no" attitude.

  Had no cappuccino coffee which is all I wanted, then wasn’t allowed to use the toilet because I wasn’t a customer (which I couldn’t be because they didn’t have what I wanted). The guy serving said I should buy a small chip then I could use the loo. They must be amazing loos if it costs that much for entry. I don’t mind buying something in a place that provides toilets but teach your staff to have a bit of decency and common sense and allow someone to use your facilities if they were willing to be a customer but weren’t able because you can’t keep your coffee machine in working order. Defo wouldn’t buy anything from you, out of principle

  I ordered the Burger Buddies and even though the guy made them up in the kitchen he wouldn't remove the pickle cos no customisation allowed wotsoever. Weird. Plus I hate when they serve you the fries that have been sitting under the heater.

  Lovely girl at drive thru but burger was tiny and frie portion. £ 10.60 absolute rip off.
