  The food was lovely, but the standards of cleanliness were completely unacceptable. I was initially given a dirty knife and fork. I politely asked for them to be replaced, but the second set was also dirty. I asked a third time, and once again the cutlery was still dirty. After asking for a fourth replacement, I was handed yet another dirty knife and fork. When the waitress went to get a fifth set from the exact same basket of “clean” cutlery, it was obvious there was a wider hygiene issue, so I refused and ended up eating my meal with wooden knives and forks instead. I didn’t receive an apology, if I was the server I’d be embarrassed the first time and make sure the second time the customer was receiving clean knives and forks. I never leave bad reviews but I couldn’t believe the hygiene standards here. The chef did a brilliant job of the food though .

  Possibly the worst service I have ever had. After spending 20 minutes in a que of 3 people, I began to order and was not even acknowledged at the till, no communication from the staff. After a further 30 minute wait, only half of the food arrived turns out the order taker got it all wrong, I then had to wait a further 35 minutes for my food. All in all the best part of 1hr 30 mins to get cold food with tiny positions
