After spending 20 minutes in a que of 3 people, I began to order and was not even acknowledged at the till, no communication from the staff. After a further 30 minute wait, only half of the food arrived turns out the order taker got it all wrong, I then had to wait a further 35 minutes for my food. All in all the best part of 1hr 30 mins to get cold food with tiny positions

Luke warm latte, burnt toast that was turned over (I assume to deter us actually noticing) One of the plates looked unclean and teacake tasted old and chewy. This was early in the morning, can't really blame it on a busy time.
