  Hard to drive into. Staff at the drive thru can't hear you, we can't hear them. They are slow and unprofessional and got my order wrong and the prices are extortionate

  Food waiting to be packed and some of them just standing and not doing anything! That’s why take long time! Also need some organisation after the manager leaves!

  Only one car in front of me and i waited at least 20 minutes before i got to order. Placed an order and told the guy 'with the snake tatoo' serving repeatedly that I wanted a plain chicken royale. He made a joke out of me asking for it plain and said it would definately be plain as i had said it so many times. He even said sarcastically if the food was good to leave a good review. Chicken royale was covered in salad and mayo and there's no way it could have been done by mistake as he had made a joke out of me asking for it plain so many times. When I took it back he conviently forgot his jokes and stated he never heard me say I wanted it plain. He then said there was no more food left so he could only give me a refund. There aren't many Burger Kings around and I had driven quite a distance to get this and ended up with no food. What a wasted trip. Chips were burnt too. Slow service and they still couldn't get the order right. Wont be back.

  Wow. Where to begin. Started off by being greeted by a wonderful tatted man. Funny guy. Him and his buddy made my day. “Have a blessed day” he said. And my heart filled with warmth. Every bite of my chicken royal meal made me think of that pleasant individual. So to the man with the snake tattoo. You should be a comedian. Flunny lad

  The guy on the drive through window today was very rude. He thought he was being funny by speaking in some weird lingo when i was ordering which I thought was maybe gen z but I didnt know if he got my order correct. at the payment window he continued putting in phrases that I didn't understand. I thought maybe it was some gen z language that i didn't understand and so I asked my 12 yr old in the passenger seat. he said he didnt even know what the guy was talking about. the order was correct. but at the window he continued speaking with weird phrases throughout the sentence. I said to him could he speak normally to me because I dont understand the language he is using. I humoured hin for a minute but in the end it was very irritating. When I spend the guts of £25 as a treat for my kids and customer service puts a dampener on an otherwise good day that we were having that isn't very good at all. I don't expect to be spoken to like I'm being made fun of. Abysmal customer service and I won't be back. He was laughing all the time and looking at his colleagues so I guess it or I was some kind of joke. I can have a laugh but if I ask someone to speak to me normally and they continue using stupid language and not caring about my needs as a customer then that's something management need to deal with. I won't be back if that's the service I get. He was like there's your wee drinky winky and a strawy wawy. ypuur order will blaff in a minute. i said what the hell is a blaff? like I said, I tried to humour him but he went too far. In the end i told him to stop as he was starting to piss me off as I was just being made fun of. Then he was like, have a great day now! like I was the problem. I won't be back. glad he felt he was so hilarious but when my kids are upset and I'm upset then what is the point there? Wish we hadn't went but glad we made him laugh so hard
