    Ordered at 11:30 on JustEat, given time of 45 mins approx which is fine, the 45 mins passed, no sign of food, the numbers to contact online and on justeat all say number not recognised, told justeat order hadn’t arrived then got a text from them saying it has been delayed until 13:10. Still no sign and called the Spar to get them to put me through, spoke to someone who as soon as the phone got physically handed over to subway they hung up on me which was just lovely. Called back to back 10 times as I knew the phone would be sitting in subway for them to answer, eventually they did and they knew it was me calling which was an even bigger slap in the face. The food came after 2pm at which point I had already placed an order elsewhere which arrived within 15 mins. The food sent was cold and not even enjoyable, never ordering again. Would’ve been quicker walking from ards to Bangor to collect. Sort your phone out and give an accurate time, if it’s going to take 2 hours state that on justeat but then again no one would order knowing it was going to take so long.

    3 staff working but only one was constant. There was a long queue but the two others disappeared into the back instead of starting some orders to get the queue down. One (a young lady with long dark brown hair not in a subway uniform) kept the same gloves on in between disappearing, operating the till and using her mobile phone before adding salad with the same gloves to customer's orders. I observed this as she added salad to 3 customer orders, using the till in between each. I dread to think how long those gloves were on for.

    Got there and the subway card machine wasn't working. I had a voucher which they refused to accept because of this.

    The food here is consistently excellent, and my orders have always been spot on. Delivery times can be a bit longer during busy periods, but that’s understandable. What really stands out is the thoughtful extras they include, like cookies or crisps, which make the experience even better.

    Really bad sub! They put the tomatoes straight onto the bread rather than lettuce first. When I actually got to eat it, the bread was soggy and literally fell apart. Also, hardly any choice of sub breads and dressings. I will not be back!
