- LLLal LewisJul 6, 20265.0I had asked my grandchildren where they would like to eat as an end of school term treat. One of my grandchildren was quite emotional as it had been their last day of primary school. Eventually they settled on Subway, I knew we would be pushing it for time but agreed we could try and get there before closing. When we arrived although the door was open all the food had been put away. A chap called Shah T was there and he explained that the shop was now closed. When he saw my grandchildren's disappointment he asked what we had wanted and promptly got all the food back out and made our order. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Resulting in happy grandchildren and a very grateful nanny! I can not thank Shah enough or praise his wonderful customer service. What an absolute credit to Subway. Thank you so much Shah
