- JTJune Tytler5 days ago3.0Flight was delayed so had to come back from the gate. Went into Bocco, said hello on way in and no response. Went up to order at which time I had a message about a refreshment voucher so asked whilst I was ordering. Clearly an inconvenience! Male staff member very abrupt. Ordered 2 breakfasts, only 3 or 4 tables occupied 40 mins later still no breakfast. Heard staff member complaining about how fed up he was. Asked another member of staff, very helpful, food order hadn't even been processed. 55 mins after sitting down, our breakfast was served, which was tasty although luke warm.. vey very disappointing service apart from the young black girl who chased up our order.
