- YYyazanAug 4, 20261.0The blonde guy that works here is extremely rude. I had a parcel to collect yesterday and I came in the closing time, I told him very politely and showed him the QR code. The process wouldn’t have taken even a minute to collect and leave the store. He not only did not let me in, he shut the door to my face and shouted “we’re closed come back tomorrow” without even a chance to let me talk to him. I would’ve understood if he politely told me that he can’t let me in, but the way he did it? He’s extremely rude and shows no respect.

Reply was we had just opened.. this was after 9, store opened at 6.... Shocking attitude & worst Tesco Express I've seen. Manager should be embarrassed.

Freya (I think was her name) was extremely pleasant and helpful and talked me through getting my parcel from the locker. I was very grateful for her help. When I got to the counter, to pay for my other items, the young man who served me, was extremely pleasant and helpful and I left the store, very grateful to them both.
