Although arriving late in the day we were Warmly welcomed and shown to our table. Our water, Martin, a true character and Zizzi asset, took our order engaged in friendly chat. The food was excellent with special mention for the most deliçious ice cream ever, Wild Strawberry. Itself worth the 40 mile journey to Aberdeen. Zizzi is definitely getting another visit from us even i it's just to find out if Martin found his Murphy's.

We were served by the fabulous Chris and we were so happy with the evening. We had the olives, superb, the pasta chorizo, the pizza pollo pesto and the tiramisu. Everything was really good and service was excellent. We also had the drink with cherry - it was amazing! Thank you Zizzi!

Honestly very disappointed with my experience here, they rush you to order & once you tell them to give you a minute they go and talk about you to their bar staff. It’s very rude. The American waitress & then the white guy with the red shirt & light hair at the bar making drinks just stares you down. This is disgusting customer service. If you want to work in fast food, go ahead, going to a restaurant is an experience where you shouldn’t feel pressured by staff. Last time I was here was 2024 and I had to same experience now that my friends reminded me, if I knew it was the same place I wouldn’t have came but here we go nothings changed, might just be them picking and choosing what customers to be nice to, which gives off discrimination, but now this will be my last time coming here.

The staff were so accomodating. We were not sure what to order due to dietary requirements. The manager made a suggestion but we were hesitant and was so kind, and offered to get something different made if we wanted to try it and didn't like it. It was delicious.
