  This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve ordered sauces for home delivery several times now, and each time I seem to receive less and less. There is definitely not a full portion in the container — the sauce is barely covering the bottom. It’s really disappointing, especially when you’re paying extra for it. Wagamama really needs to improve the portion sizes for delivery orders.

  Really like this place. Food always tastes great and it's a place out children like which is rare. Only negative would be that the amount of meat in the dishes has reduced a lot since previous visits

  I’m extremely disappointed with Wagamama Aberdeen. This is not the first time this has happened. Every time I order a ramen and ask for the noodles to be packed separately, I end up receiving a box of noodles with barely a spoonful of broth. Instead of enjoying a proper ramen, I get dry noodles and what looks like water left over from boiling them. It completely ruins the meal. What’s even more frustrating is that Wagamama in Edinburgh and Livingston prepares the exact same dish much better, even though it’s the same brand. The quality, presentation and overall experience in Aberdeen are nowhere near the same standard. On top of that, the staff often come across as unfriendly when customers make simple requests, such as packing the noodles separately. It feels like asking for a small accommodation is treated as an inconvenience. Unfortunately, after several disappointing experiences, I cannot recommend Wagamama Aberdeen. The consistency, food quality and customer service need significant improvement.
