  Great atmosphere, fresh and hot food, but the real highlight was the outstanding service. Orsi was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel valued. We had a lovely chat while I was having my food, and she went above and beyond to create a great experience not just for me but for everyone else. The duty manager , the chef and the rest of the team were also excellent. Coming from London, this level of customer service is rare. Orsi is a credit to the team and truly deserves recognition. She sets the standard for how every customer should be treated.

  Staff were incredibly attentive, they are an asset to this business. They are a credit to the hospitality profession. Our flight was delayed and they couldn’t have been more helpful, pleasant and friendly! Well done to the whole team. Aurelio the chef, Emilia waitress and Orsi! You deserve the very best!

  Joaquin the cheif was amazing, got my order perfect and made a great atmosphere Orsi my server was beyond helpful, Working incredibly hard with the flight being delayed was working the hardest Ive ever seen a server work. Very great team

  The two staff members serving me were absolutely fantastic. Pleasant, chatty, good banter and very professional, keeping the spirits up for a delayed passenger. Even helped with my receipts so I could claim my food as compensation. Oh and the Madri was cold and tasty. Orsi was my main server and she is the most pleasant, happy and joyful person, she also knows a lot of people, big thank you Orsi for cheering me up

  The food was good the staff, American, Aurelio, Oris and the entire staff did their absolute best. BUT THEY NEED HELP. And whatever they are being paid, THEY DESERVE A RAISE. The place was absolutely packed and they literally were running back and forth to the table, bar, food pickup. RUNNING. Someone needs to take better care of these people. This was ridiculous!
