  We had a great experience at TGI Fridays Union Square! Shannon looked after us and was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Excellent service and a really enjoyable experience. Thank you, Shannon! We’ll definitely be back!

  Great food and wonderful service from Shannon, we had a great time with the restaurant being accommodating of our large birthday group table yesterday and very much appreciated the big celebration with balloons which was a lovely touch. Shannon made sure we didn’t want for anything during our meal and was very friendly. Will certainly be returning.

  We ordered a burger and a sandwich, and both were really nice. The chicken was perfectly crunchy and the food was definitely the highlight. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t as good. Right after we sat down, the waitress came over asking about drinks. When I said we’d just sat down and needed some time, she replied, “Oh, I’m just asking about drinks, not food.” I guess we were supposed to study the drinks menu at home before coming. 😅 After that, the overall interaction with her felt quite off and not particularly friendly right until the end. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the food and would definitely come back for that.

  We had brunch here before leaving Aberdeen. The staff were so pleasant and the service was top notch. We ordered the meal deal — the taste and quantity was excellent. Our server, Kirsty, was so welcoming. Just the right touch of friendliness. If you ever find yourself craving for a hearty meal in Union Square Aberdeen, go for Friday’s and you won’t regret it.

  Where to start... They called us 30min before we arrived saying they had a low availability of food.. Took 1 hour for 4 starters to arrive. Our cocktails were flavourless and weak also didnt look anything like they were advertised to be. Some didnt even show up. Then.. They gave a vegetarian chicken ❌️.. 1 persons salmon was RAW inside and another persons was chargrilled and crunchy.. They then took the raw one away then suddely they didnt have any left?? 🤨 even though the waiter told us everything that was low in stock before ordering & that wasnt one of them. My meal arrived with the others mains as it should of but it came as a side and the wrong chicken. They then replaced the chicken and kept it as a side so my main meal was 5 pieces of small chicken even though when i ordered the waitress said it would be a main meal. Even the salsa didnt have flavour.. how? 😩 After everything going wrong we were given a small discount..but then. they then added a service charge for the terrible service and even worse food.. fantastic! Want a tip too? Here you go.. Get a new chef! 👋 So we were given some brownies as a sorry.. well that that a insult. they were so so dry some couldnt even finish it we just wanted out of there iv never seen anything like it. So yeah. thanks TGI for ruining my friends big birthday. She feels guilty for asking everyone to go there. You have now lost 10 customers and our familys and friends will be very well informed of what happened. (It wasnt too busy and we booked well in advance too) Image shown is the drink ordered showing it didnt look anything like it was supposed to. Never got any never thought to get any of the food but wish i did. Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake we did.
