  Thought id treat the wife and kids to a nice meal after a day of fun tonight, but unfortunately, what should have been a lovely end to the day turned into an awful experience. The waitress was miserable from the moment we arrived. Not once did she crack a smile, and we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience every time we ordered anything. She may as well have tutted at us. My wife’s food and mine arrived first, but our food was cold when it was brought to the table. The kids then had to wait another 15 minutes for their food, meaning we couldn’t even enjoy a meal together as a family. Despite the place being quiet, nobody came to ask if we wanted any more drinks as id finished mine shortly after starting my meal so ended up having a drink of my wifes. After we’d finished eating, we were left sitting for around 25 minutes before the waitress eventually came over to ask if the kids wanted pudding. She didn’t ask if either of us wanted anything. To make matters worse, she brought the kids’ puddings out before clearing the table, leaving absolutely no room for them. We actually had to ask her to clear some of the dishes away so the kids had space to eat. The whole experience was incredibly disappointing, from the poor attitude and lack of customer service to the cold food and terrible timing. We weren’t expecting anything special, just a decent meal and a pleasant experience with the family. Unfortunately, we won’t be rushing back waste of £130!

  Was in for cocktails only in Aberdeen, union square on 8/10/26. Cocktails were lovely and half price on there mon-Thursday deal. The manager who served me was friendly and very happy.

  Shannon it's really welcoming and professional to communicate with:). Coming from Dundee to Aberdeen to taste TGIF two days in a row!. I hope tgif open again in Dundee!

  To start with was friendly first drinks fine then the food came and went right down hill. I ordered full rack of ribs my partner ordered cheese's burger I took first bit of mine and ribs was cold chip was hot I told the staff and the said they would go to the manager. Waitress came back 5mins later with some chips till my ribs was ready. I had to go find a member of staff for sauce for my partners meal and that was another 5mins before thay came over with it. The time my meal came back my partner was finished hers she told me hers was warm afterwards cause of the carry on with mines. We did order drinks my partners cocktail wasn’t right and missed the garnish that comes with it for £15.99 you would think they would get it right yet again I had to speak to a member of staff Was a lack of care and couldn’t be arsed is the feeling I got and they can’t even use it was busy as it really wasn’t my bill was £104 and got £10.44 off the bill for the cold food what I think it’s disgrace for the carry on we had. Won’t recommend to anyone.
