- LULiam UrquhartNov 19, 20251.0Such a poorly ran store, don't know how many times ive seen people waiting ages for someone to come to the tills only to have to go looking for them, and the shelves are a mess 90% of the time. The store seems heavily under staffed, under stocked, stock is damaged and all in all it is honestly the worst Tesco Express I've been in.
- MHMARY HENDERSONSep 26, 20175.0Friendly helpful young man on till. Told me that Tesco in Cults is open until 11pm. Wow! That's handy. He saw that I already had a rucksack and two bags and helped by packing my shopping. Good to see that Tesco train their staff in customer service - I have come across many surly characters manning tills. Always feel that if you are representing the company then you should at least try to be cheerful. Well done that young man! All the best. Mary Henderson
