- AAAlmeida Saraceni (A&S)Jul 30, 20261.0On 30/07/2026 I visited the Subway at Buon Accord, Aberdeen. I clearly ordered a GLUTEN FREE sandwich because I have a gluten intolerance. Unfortunately I was given a NORMAL bread roll instead. I ate it and became very unwell shortly after. This is a serious health and safety issue. I specifically stated "gluten free" and the staff did not take care to prevent cross-contamination or to give me the correct bread. I would like this to be investigated and for the staff to be retrained on allergy procedures. Thanks, Anna

- VTViki TuckersonJul 7, 20261.0DO NOT GO HERE, my brother went there yesterday and now he's seriously sick from the food. The women that was there took a bad olive out, and the food looked like it's been sitting there for ages. It's all probably expired especially the pickles.
