  Were sat at this subway for an hour and a half and not once during the quiet period did we see one member of staff clean tables we had to clean our own. Bins were over flowing and not once emptied. Woman who added toppings to our sandwiches did not use gloves and didnt see her wash her hands completely unhygienic. Staff didnt seem to know what they doing either seem to get flustered easily

  I went in for a nice long footlong, I was greeted in the most rude way ever, the guy behind the counter let out a massive sigh, looked so miserable and overall put me off. I still ordered, he didn’t even say hi or anything and asked for his co worker to serve me, she was amazing. She was so lovely and very polite. she made the whole experience. He on the other hand made it terrible. He was doing an online order, another came through and he proceeded to curse and swear under his breath. He was slamming the subs on the counter, got so mad he was chucking receipts on the floor, when a delivery driver came up he hardly greeted them and slammed the order on the counter. He was such a terrible example of an employee. He might have been having a bad day but there is no excuse for his attitude towards his work and the whole environment. To the lady who served me, you are everything right that he is not. Keep being you. Overall, he should not be working there if that’s his attitude towards customers and his environment.

  Service was horrible and so rude it ruined my day, they give you the tiniest portions. Never coming back again
