I then drove to the collection window where a rude foreign woman said “you haven’t paid go back around now” I tried to tell her I was sat there for a while waiting and nobody was there she then shouted at me “Yes there was He was standing staring at you” (Not creepy at all) Long story short she was very rude and very confrontational not impressed McDonald’s!
- AAAidenJun 24, 20261.0Ordered this morning for drive through pickup however despite being an option on the app, there were cones blocking the drive through. Went into the shop but was ignored by staff for 5 minutes to then be told different things from different managers, one saying we couldnt get our food due to being now past 5, another saying we could. if staff took us on this wouldnt have been an issue! Female manager was particularly rude supposedly named Nicky. Very blunt, no emotion whatsoever. Told us they were understaffed yet there was one other party in the store and they had their food (ordered after us!) and staff were busy gossiping and being playful with each other. 30 minutes later asked for a refund to which we were told they couldnt do and were told to do this on the app yet no option for this on the app. one member of staff said that we could have free food which they had left - cheese bites, nuggets, but then the manager then said we could order food but wanted us to pay again despite us already paying for our food! none of the staff seemed to know what to do and the customer service was particularly poor from the unhelpful and unapologetic management.
