Her attitude towards customers is consistently unfriendly and dismissive, and it has made what should be a simple visit an unpleasant experience. As a loyal customer, I find this extremely disappointing. What concerns me even more is that, after looking at recent reviews, I noticed that I am not the only person who has had this experience. There are more 1-star reviews from other customers specifically mentioning Angela by name and describing similar issues with her attitude and customer service. This suggests that my experience is not an isolated incident. I appreciate that everyone can have an off day, but repeated complaints from multiple customers indicate a wider issue that I believe deserves attention. I would therefore ask that the appropriate management, or if necessary the senior management team, investigate these concerns and review the pattern of complaints regarding this employee. I have always enjoyed visiting Greggs and would like to continue doing so, but I hope this matter is taken seriously to ensure all customers receive the friendly service your brand is known for.

- MBMonika BrzozowskaApr 11, 20261.0me and my daughter went to Greg’s and ordered 2 pizza slices , as we sat down the pizza was stone cold , so my daughter went up to the tills and simply asked to get it heated up and the lady was being rude and said they can’t , and my daughter said to her that it’s cold tho , and she refused to heat it up ,The customer service was very poorly , I didn’t pay to eat cold food and I had to bin my pizza slice because they refused to heat my pizza slice up !! I hope use will sort this kind of none sense up !! Thank you!

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
