We were ID’ed for a bottle of wine by a staff member(South Asian) who was incredibly aggressive and rude, shouting "ID FOR BOTH OF YOU" with zero politeness or customer service skills. I am nearly 30 and my partner is 36. We understand policy, but we don't expect to be spoken to like we are trouble. No smile, no manners, just pure attitude.

Visited on 18/06 around 19:00, Sales lady at till (south asian?) visibly irritated, did not return smile at check-out, asked for ID from 36 year old me to buy a wine. Like really?? I appreciate the right to ask if someone you think is <25 year old, but come on! not from a man with dense beard and enough grey hair. Store needs to hire some loyal staff who can work in interest of company, have moral values and on top of that, cares for customers.
