  I've never left a negative review in my life but this interaction compelled me to. I was served at the drive-thru by the rudest man I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He spoke down to me, was unnecessarily sassy and arrogant. He took every opportunity to belittle and I felt very uncomfortable. It ruined my meal, I won't be back due to his behaviour. I didn't catch a name but he was a white middle aged ginger man with glasses. If you see him, don't even bother ordering. Food was also not up to standard, pretty dry and stale too.

  Place was untidy when we went in. Receipts all over the floor, booths and window ledge with discarded BK wrappers and probably food. Staff on site but nobody tidying up until one family asked for booth to be cleaned but still didn't clean the others. Food was meh, not the usual we expect from BK. Whopper warm at best and fries I felt were undercooked. Other, Chicken Royale these cheese on it hadn't even melted onto the cooked chicken. We had different drinks but both had what I would describe a chemical taste and when opened lids smell too. Staff member we were dealing with was very non plus about the whole thing. Wasn't even busy and told food is cooked fresh as getting near closing time. This was before 9pm and advertised closing at 11pm.

  Ordered our food and drinks with the screens they are not quick!! Our order came the food wasn't very hot my cheese wasn't even melted on my chicken bacon royal. The drinks were returned they tasted of chemicals. They said must be running out of syrup but that wasn't the taste at all. They gave us bottled juice. They didn't seem bothered, a lady asked for the booth to be cleaned the lad went over with attitude cleaned it but walked past other tables that needed cleaned. It wasn't busy. We were told its busy and we cook to order! Yeah why was our food cold then. They said we are busy getting ready to close yet its only 8.55pm and it says your opened until 11pm. We wont be back again. We've used Burger King for many many years and I was in the very first one in London. But WOW service and food has gone down hill. Ive nothing against young lads but one threw something off the floor over the tiles at another lad. Not impressed at all.
