- ZZZacJun 2, 20262.0What’s happen to this coop, it’s changed a lot. The service from the previous staff was fantastic, always positive, friendly and helpful. They’re recently hired what looks like to me ‘school kids’ who are rude, not helpful and have no interest in working at the coop. The recently hired staff have little customer service experience and frankly lack any training. Please recruit mature staff with experience not toddlers who have no experience and interest. This coop use to be good, honestly I have spent probably thousands of pounds over the past few years, but now it’s just become ultra expensive to buy from here. A typical weekly shop for me use to cost about £40 here, now it costs about £70 for the same groceries. I don’t mind paying £70 a week, but why should I do that when the customer service from the toddlers is really bad. I’m definitely not shopping here again. I’m gonna start ordering online with Ocado.
